We ship with DHL, providing full insurance and a tracking code for every delivery. This way, you can monitor your order every step of the way and enjoy peace of mind with every purchase! For customers outside of Germany, your order will be delivered by DHL’s local fulfillment partners in your country.
Processing time
Order cut-off time: Every Tuesday, 3:00 pm (CET, CEST +1). All orders purchased after 3:00 pm will be processed on following Tuesday. We ship paid orders every Tuesday afternoon. We know you’re eager to get your records quickly, and we’re working hard to get them to you as soon as possible. As a small store, we currently can’t ship daily, but we appreciate your patience!
Domestic Shipping within Germany
5,99€ per order. For orders over 100 € shipping is free. Each package has a maximum weight limit of 10 kg. If your order exceeds this weight, it will be divided into multiple packages at no additional cost. The delivery time is up to 10 days.
Countries and Fees
The shipping fee is calculated based on the total weight of your order and varies depending on the destination country. The delivery time for European countries is up to 21 days.
Delivery to non-European countries may take up to 30 days.
The price listed in the table is per package and increases incrementally for each kilogram up to 5 kg. To ensure the safety of your vinyl records, international packages are limited to 5 kg (approximately 10 double LPs). If your order exceeds this weight, it will be split into separate shipments (e.g., a 7 kg order will be sent in two packages of 3.5 kg each). The cost of the split shipment will automatically be displayed in your cart.
Please notice: We do not apply taxes to customers outside the EU, but shipments to non-EU countries may incur additional customs duties, taxes, and fees. We recommend that customers inform themselves about these potential charges before placing an order.

How we pack your order

We use high-quality LP shipping boxes with dimensions of 320 x 320 x 55 mm, designed specifically for secure vinyl transportation. These robust, cushioned packages provide excellent protection against damage during transit, so your records reach you safely and soundly.
