“21 & Over” is the debut studio album by American hip hop trio tha Alkaholiks, released on August 24, 1993, via Loud/RCA Records. The recording sessions took place at Yo Mama’s House in Los Angeles. The album was produced by Lootpack, King Tee, Derrick “D. Pimp” Williams, and tha Alkaholiks, who also served as executive producers alongside Fabian Duvernay. It features guest appearances from King Tee, Field Trip, Lootpack, and Threat.

The album peaked at number 124 on the Billboard 200 and number 23 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart in the United States. With ten tracks totaling about 35 minutes, “21 & Over” includes three singles: “Make Room”, “Likwit”, and “Mary Jane”. While none of these singles reached the Billboard Hot 100, they performed well on the Hot Dance Music/Maxi-Singles Sales chart. The single “Likwit” features King Tee, who founded tha Alkaholiks and created the Likwit Crew, referenced in the track’s title.

The album also features vocals from Lootpack and Threat. Notably, nu metal versions of two songs from the album appear on “Loud Rocks”; Crazy Town covered “Only When I’m Drunk” for their 1999 album “The Gift of Game”, and Sugar Ray featured on “Make Room”.
